UPDATE #1
INITIAL ASSESSEMENT
This bike was purchased as a non runner so our first objective was to see if she runs, well, with some new spark plugs, a fuel line and a bit of patience we got her started even if a little rough.
After stripping the carbs we found that the diaphragms where damaged and one of the air/fuel mixture screws where seized.
UPDATE #2
STRIPPED
Our next objective was to get the bike stripped to its bare components and see what needs purchasing as well as sending the parts off for paint.
UPDATE #3
POWDER COATED
All components except from the engine and a few suspension components have had a fresh powder coat and they’re looking like new.
UPDATE #4
STRIP & ASSESS ENGINE
The engine was stripped to its bare components ready for rebuilding and painting.
